I. SUBJECT

Чл. 1. (1) These General Terms and Conditions are designed to regulate the relations between TIANKOV GROUP,
and Website Visitors (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”).

(2) By accessing and uploading the Site, Visitors agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent changes thereto, undertake to abide by them.

III. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Чл. 4. (1) All publications on the Site are exclusive intellectual property of TIANKOV GROUP are subject to copyright protection under the Copyright Act
right and neighboring rights, and they may not be used in any way without the prior written consent of TIANKOV GROUP.
(2) The images on TIANKOV GROUP’s Site and the other visual elements representing the intellectual property of TIANKOV GROUP can not
may be used and reproduced in any way by third parties without the prior written consent of TIANKOV GROUP.
(3) Any unauthorized use of the materials posted on the Site without the permission of TIANKOV GROUP constitutes an offense for which
the offender bears civil, administrative and criminal liability in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation in force.
Чл. 5. (1) TIANKOV GROUP does not allow the use of the Site in any way through
visualization of all or part of the materials posted to it on another site.
(2) Linking to Site material from other sites is permitted if it is done in accordance with good morals and commercial practice and
if the reference and the ways of submitting the reference do not give rise to doubt as to the authorship of TIANKOV GROUP
on the materials so that Visitors are not misled.

IV. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Чл. 6. (1) TIANKOV GROUP takes measures to protect Visitors’ personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act
and the Privacy Policy announced on its website on the Internet.
(2) TIANKOV GROUP does not send identifying information to third parties and does not require registration for use of the Site by Visitors.
(3) When providing personal data through the Site, Visitors agree to receive a newsletter sent by TIANKOV GROUP to
the email address they have specified for correspondence.
